Shipping Policy

Good news, there’s no waiting on the postie here. Every product in the Business of Making store is a digital download, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

How you’ll receive your order
As soon as your payment goes through, you’ll receive an email with your download. You can also access your files from the order confirmation page straight after checkout.

Some products include a PDF with a link to a Canva template. Just open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Canva.

Please check your email address
Your download is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so please make sure it’s correct. If you notice a typo after ordering, get in touch and we’ll send it to the right address.

Didn’t receive your download?
Emails usually arrive within a few minutes. If yours hasn’t turned up, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder first. Still can’t find it? Email us at bec@businessofmaking.com.au with your order number and we’ll send it through again.

Download links
If your download link has expired or stops working, just let us know and we’ll send you a new one.

Worldwide delivery
Because everything is delivered digitally, our products are available to buy from anywhere in the world, with no customs fees or delivery delays.
